In the previous article, we introduced you to the advantages of “Favourite Messenger” feature. Also, we showed the setting procedure on SKOOTAR’s website and Mobile Application to lock these messengers to be the only group who can receive your order.

What if they are not available and do not accept your order?

When you place an order and find out that there is none of your favourite messengers who are available to accept your job or the order is needed to be delivered promptly, we have little tips to tell you!  

Setting on SKOOTAR Mobile Application

Now all of SKOOTAR messengers can accept your order. So, you do not need to wait for the availability of your group of favourite messengers.

Setting on SKOOTAR’s website

After we have launched our new “Favourite Messenger” feature, some of you may wonder what are benefits of it. Today SKOOTAR glad to introduce you to the feature which will make you experience the new way of on-demand delivery service. Check out HOW-TO and advantages of “Favourite Messenger” feature!

HOW-TO add your “Favourite Messenger”

In every order that you have booked our services, it would be rarely to have the same face of messenger as your former orders. In case you are satisfied with his service (e.g. accuracy in delivering your shipment, timeliness of the deliveries or his polite manner), and would like to let him see your next order before other messengers, you can easily rate him 5 stars after your order has completed. After that you will be asked whether to let him be your favourite messenger.

Why’s it good?

By specifying the favourite messenger, the messenger will likely to see your order before others and these increases the chance to make your order accepted faster. Moreover, it makes sure that you will have the same person with satisfied services.

What if you want the specific group of your “Favourite Messengers” to accept you job?

SKOOTAR understands you! You can customize a set of your favourite messengers so that they can see your orders according to type of your jobs. Just go to “Menu” on SKOOTAR’s website or Application.

We make sure that our clients are aware of the whereabouts of the packages they entrusted unto us. We provide them with Location Tracking & Location sharing Feature.

The Track & location sharing is real time location. The feature let you track the job status in real time by using GPS system (Global Positioning System). Moreover, you can also share location tracking link and job status to your receiver through many social media platforms such as Facebook, LINE or email.

How to use Location sharing and location tracking features.

  1. Book SKOOTAR delivery.
  2. Tap menu “My booking” and go to “active order”
  3. Tap “share jobs status” 
  4. send your links status to the recipient via line or message or other app. 

This feature is available now on both SKOOTAR’s website and mobile application! You can easily track and share the job location and job status after you order.

You can now make a PromptPay e-Payment to SKOOTAR messenger

SKOOTAR increases payment options to serve your needs! You can now make a PromptPay e-Payment to SKOOTAR messenger.

After the National e-Payment Scheme was implemented by the government in 2015, Thai people started to experience the electronic payment system. Good news for all SKOOTAR customers because you can  pay the service fee to messengers by PromptPay.

For Mobile Application customers, you can choose to make a payment by PromptPay in the payment option page.

For SKOOTAR website users, you can also pay the fee by PromptPay by selecting PromptPay option in payment option page.

SKOOTAR messenger will inform you his phone number in accordance with PromptPay transfer.

For SME, small business owner or entrepreneur, you may have heard of Invoicing and Payment Term before. Today, SKOOTAR would like to present you how invoicing benefits to your business.

SKOOTAR let you use our services, and pays for them later. At the end of the month, we will give you an invoice in order to report you the usage and expense that you used in that month.

How’s SKOOTAR Invoicing benefit to your business?

The credit term for invoicing is 15 days. These helps you enhance the ability in cash flow management, and it is time-saving since you only pay for the services once a month after you have used. Moreover, SKOOTAR provides official receipt for business purpose of deducting tax.
